As we walk thru our life everyday we come into contact with many people. Some have become friends and still others very close friends. As we interact with those around us we reflect what character is prevalent in us. 
We are changed by the influences around us. Our thoughts, actions, and words we speak are a direct result of the diet we feed our minds.
An Athlete is always careful about his/her diet and exercise and when an upcoming event is about to take place there is a great deal of training involved in which to be able to perform in the best possible manner.
We are told by the Apostle Paul;
 1Co 9:24  You know that in a race all the runners run but only one wins the prize, don’t you? You must run in such a way that you may be victorious.
The Apostle John says;
3Jo 1:11  My loved one, do not be copying what is evil, but what is good. He who does good is of God: he who does evil has not seen God.
Look to God for all your council not to the world, when you do, you will find victories in your life.
