We cannot serve two masters. When we attempt too we set up ourselves for a fall. Often we try to fit God into our busy life. Rather than giving God our entire life to do with however He chooses. He is always there paiently calling us back home. Yes He will never force us. We have a God who not only loves us but also gave up His life for us.
There is light and there is darkness. God is Light, Satan is darkness. When we live our lives in the shadows (grey areas) we live a life serving Satan. Think it thru Satan always uses truth mixed with errors to deceive us. To make grey you mix White and Black together. When you find yourself questioning what you are doing, you are most likely doing wrong. Draw near to Christ He will Draw you Everlasting water.
2Jo 1:9  Anyone who goes on and does not keep to the teaching of Christ, has not God: he who keeps to the teaching has the Father and the Son.
